Job Description

As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring an amazing experience for our customers by answering their questions and troubleshooting issues surrounding our deployments in their Infrastructures.

Informations

• Salary package based on experience
• Travels: 25% limited to EMEA

Preferred Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and troubleshooting Issues of live cloud deployments
• Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved Issues
• Work closely with the in-house engineering teams
• Documenting technical knowledge in the form of notes, manuals and wiki
• Traning and customer care

Qualifications

• Understanding of customers' cloud and network configuration
• Work well in autonomy and as a team player
• Operating In a fast-paced, International environment
• Strong communication skills
• French, English, a third language a plus

It would be even better if you have

• Experience with AWS, Gcloud or Azure
• Knowledge of Linux and Networks
• Knowledge of scripting languages
